Police Report: 

Tiverton Police on routine patrol observe Client’s vehicle to be straddling the breakdown lane. The vehicle then abruptly corrects itself and crosses over the double yellow line.  Police initiate police lights to stop the vehicle but the Client’s vehicle does not immediately stop.  The vehicle travels an additional 1/10^th of a mile before pulling over.  Police make the usual observations of the odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.  Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests.  At the station, Client provides a breath sample with readings of .119 and .123.
