Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault and Battery – Domestic Disorderly Conduct

Police Report: Tiverton Police respond to a 911 call at the alleged victim’s house. Upon arrival police split up alleged victim and Client in order to get their stories. Victim tells police he was assaulted while holding his child by his wife when she threw keys at him and hit him in the back of the neck. Police observe a fresh, bleeding cut on the back of the victim’s neck. Client admits to the police that she threw the keys at the victim.

Criminal Case Result:

• DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY: NOT GUILTY AFTER TRIAL AND EXPUNGED
• DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT: NOT GUILTY AFTER TRIAL AND EXPUNGED
