Eluding Police/Reckless Driving

Police Report: 

RI State Police stop Client’s vehicle for a traffic infraction. When Client’s passenger’s
ID is checked the police discover there is an outstanding warrant for the passenger. When he is taken out
of the car, Client speeds away from the stop. Police chase Client for about 3 miles before boxing the car
in and arresting Client.

Case Result:

Reckless Driving: Dismissed and Expunged From Record
