Newport Police are patrolling downtown during St. Paddy’s Day parade. Client is observed on street holding a red solo cup with a clear liquid inside. Police approach Client and ask what is in the cup. Client replies “a vodka soda”. Police search Client and find his license indicating he is 20 years old.
