1.Criminal Charges: Malicious Damage to Property

Police Report: Client is with her family in the parking lot of the Breakers Mansion looking for a parking spot. She sees a person walking to her car and is told she is about to depart, and Client can have her parking spot. Immediately after the first car backs out of the spot, the alleged victim quickly pulls his car into that parking spot. Alleged victim says he exits car and as he is walking towards the Breakers Mansion he turns to see Client “keying” the sides of his car.
