Police Report:

Lincoln police officer is on a construction work detail and sees client’s car enter the construction zone, running over a number of orange cones. Client’s vehicle then continues through the construction zone and police give chase eventually pulling client over. Police observe client to have an odor of alcohol on his person, extremely bloodshot and watery eyes and slurred speech. Client denies driving through the construction zone despite an orange cone still being beneath his car. Client takes and fails 3 field sobriety tests. At the station, client takes the breathalyzer with results of .156 and .161.
