Police Report: URI police receive a call of an unwanted person in a dorm room. Upon arrival police find Client in the dorm hallway with multiple witnesses saying “that’s him” referring to Client. Police approach client and he turns to walk away when police reach for him to place him under arrest. Police say Client resists the cuffs being placed on his wrists and kicked at one of the officers. Police had been called to the dorm originally because Client was acting like a drunken and disorderly person.
