Driving Under the Influence – REDUCED AND NO LOSS OF LICENSE

1.Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence, .10-.15

Police Report: Client is headed home from a night with friends and is pulled over for multiple lane roadway violations (weaving). Coventry Police also observe Client using her cellphone while operating the vehicle. Although Client does not have the smell of alcohol, she does have bloodshot and dilated eyes, and mumbled speech. The Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests on the scene. At the station, Client takes breathalyzer and gets a .125 and .128.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE: REDUCED TO RECKLESS DRIVING AND NO LOSS OF LICENSE.
