Police Report:

Newport police are following behind client on Thames St., after a recent snowstorm please observe Client’s vehicle to be weaving within the lane, and speeding given the conditions of the road. Police stop Client, approach the vehicle and immediately detect a moderate odor of alcohol, bloodshot watery eyes, and slurred speech. Client has difficulty presenting her paperwork to the police. Client refuses to do the field sobriety tests at the scene. At the station, Client agrees to take the breathalyzer test with readings of .179 and .181. Client has previously been convicted of two other alcohol related offenses, one within the last five years
