Police Report:  Tiverton police on routine patrol are behind Client’s vehicle and observe numerous lane-roadway violations, including operating over the white fog line on the right-hand side of the road. Upon stopping and approaching the vehicle, police observe Client to have a moderate odor of alcoholic beverage on her breath, bloodshot/watery eyes and is fumbling with her paperwork. Client denies drinking and refuses to take the field-sobriety tests. At the station, Client takes the breathalyzer with results of .111 and .113
