Criminal Charges: Disorderly Conduct

Police Report:

Newport Police are called to the Pelham Bar for a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival they see Client and a number of other people who were involved in the disturbance outside of the Pelham pushing and shoving. Police are able to calm the situation when all of a sudden Client goes to reach for the officer’s taser on her belt and he is immediately tackled and taken to the ground.
