Police Report: Newport Police respond to the report of a fight at a local bar called the Pelham. Upon arrival police observe bouncers holding onto Client outside the establishment. Bouncer tells police that he witnessed Client “throwing punches” when he responded to the disturbance. Client is arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
