1. Criminal Charges:          Domestic Assault and Battery

 

Police Report: Newport Police respond to Client’s home for a 911 hang-up call.  Upon arrival they are met by the alleged victim who indicates she and Client had an argument and Client had pushed her on his way out of the house.  Police later find Client at his mother’s home and arrest him.

Criminal Case Result:

 

DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY:                              DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED
