Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault/Battery; Domestic Damage to Property

Police Report: 

Newport Police are called to an apartment for the report of a loud fight and things being broken.  Upon arrival alleged victim is standing outside of apartment crying.  She tells police she and Client got into a verbal argument over money and it turned physical.  She tells police Client pushed her and pinned her down onto the bed.  Police enter house and find multiple items in the kitchen have been smashed/broken on the floor.  Police arrest Client.

Criminal Case Result:

DOMESTIC ASSAULT/BATTERY:   CHARGES DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT:    CHARGES DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD
