Police Report: Newport police are called to the Pelham Bar for the report of a sexual assault. Upon arrival police are approached by 2 young ladies who say they observed Client having sexual intercourse inside the Pelham with a woman who, they believed, was too intoxicated to consent. Police speak with alleged victim who indicated she had no memory of being sexually assaulted and went to the hospital for a rape kit. Police obtain and observe a security video from the bar which purports to show the alleged assault.
