Assault and Battery – 2 Counts

Police Report: Middletown Police are called to the scene of a local business for a report of employees fighting amongst themselves during work. Police arrive and are told that during an argument, Client picked up a Dunkin Donuts coffee cup and threw it at two (2) of her co-workers. This was observed by several other workers.
