I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and was in need of a criminal defense lawyer. Joshua Macktaz was recommended. He is a straight forward, professional lawyer and does not embellish the facts. I was told by him how the case would play out and the possible results. His conjecture was correct and my case was eventually expunged, which is exactly what I wanted from the start. Joshua was my first experience with a lawyer and he is exactly the type of person I wanted on my side. He worked directly with me and was quick to respond to any questions. His confidence and knowledge of the law eliminated most of my stress of the situation and allowed me to get back to my normal daily routines.
