Police Report: 

West Greenwich police respond to multiple calls of an erratic driver.  Upon locating the vehicle police observe Client’s vehicle cross over the dotted white lines 3 times, nearly striking oncoming traffic.  Police stop Client’s vehicle and observe the distinct smell of an intoxicating beverage, bloodshot and watery eyes and a flushed face.  Client admits to drinking 2-3 drinks at dinner.  Upon exiting her vehicle Client is wobbly and unsteady on her feet.  She takes and fails 3 field sobriety tests and is placed under arrest.  At the station she agrees to tae the breathalyzer test with readings of .086 and .091
