Arrested for Disorderly Conduct Outside of the Fastnet Pub in Newport RI

Newport Police are called to a large disturbance outside of the Fastnet Pub.

Upon arrival, police observe numerous people fighting in the street. Police are able to separate the parties and begin taking witness statements. The only “independent” witness (bouncer at the bar) identifies Client as the
person who began the fight. Client is arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
