Criminal Charges: Disorderly Conduct

Police Report:

Newport Police are monitoring bars closing on Thames Street and see Client being escorted from a bar by the bouncers.  As police approach, they see Client take a swing at one of the bouncers.  Client is then taken to the ground by the bouncers and held for the Police.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: CHARGES DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD
