Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault and Battery

Police Report:

Newport Police are called to an apartment by a neighbor, after the neighbor witnessed an incident.  Neighbor reported hearing yelling outside and when he looked outside, saw Client and alleged victim in a heated argument.  Neighbor says he saw Client grab alleged victim by the arm and try to bring her back into the house.  At that point, alleged victim refused and Client continued to yell and argue with her.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT AND BATTERY: DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD
