Domestic Assault & Battery – DISMISSED AND EXPUNGED OFF RECORD

1. Criminal Charges: Domestic Assault & Battery

Police Report:  Client and his girlfriend are in school together, and teachers report they hear a verbal argument between the two in the school hallway.  Newport Police obtain videotape of the hallway and observe Client and girlfriend arguing in the hall.  Video then shows Client grab his girlfriend’s arm numerous times in an attempt to pull her away from the classroom door.
