1. Criminal Charges: Driving Under the Influence; Breathalyzer Refusal

Police Report: Coventry Police respond to a one-car accident. Upon arrival they find Client outside of his car and a number of witnesses identifying him to the police as the driver of the car. Police claim they detect an odor of alcohol, bloodshot eyes and lethargic speech. Police also find 2 empty “nips” in the vehicle. Client refuses all field-sobriety tests and the breathalyzer test.
