Mother & Son Accused of Assaulting Police Officers in Motel Room

A Framingham, Massachusetts mother and son face multiple charges, including assault and battery, after authorities say they assaulted police officers in a motel room.

Nineteen-year-old Gustavo Perdomo, ran from police after he was approached in the motel’s parking lot for suspected underage drinking. Police officers chased Perdomo to the motel room he was sharing with this mother, and officers say the mother and son duo attacked them there.

At his arraignment, Perdomo’s defense attorney said that his client denies everything that was stated in that police report, stating that the report was a complete fabrication. The criminal defense attorney told the judge his client thinks Framingham, Massachusetts police are out to get him. His lawyer argued that police did not have probable cause to approach Perdomo, who, at one point during his arraignment cried out, while his mother sobbed.
