Police Report: RI State Police working on Block Island are called to the National Hotel for the report of a person found in a room he did not rent, by the guests who were renting the room. When troopers arrive, Client is heard yelling at the staff at the hotel, and proceeds to break a light in the lobby. State police arrest Client.
