Criminal Charges: Multiple Violations of Newport Noise Levels

Police Report: Newport Police and Zoning are called to the Deck Restaurant on multiple occasions during the summer months by the residents of the condominium building next door.  Despite 200+ complaints, the Deck is found to be above acceptable decibel levels on two 92) of those occasions as measured by a certified decibel meter
