1. Criminal Charges: Casino Cheating at Twin River

Police Report: Westerly Police receive numerous 911 calls for an “erratic driver” and respond to the location. Police find Client’s vehicle and observe Client make numerous lane roadway violations, including failing to stop at a stop sign. Upon pulling Client over Police observe a strong odor of alcohol and bloodshot eyes. Police also observe numerous opened beer cans in the backseat. Client takes and fails 3 field-sobriety tests. When they get to the station, Client agrees to take the breathalyzer test and fails with a .172 and a .179.
